Partner terms
Last updated: 15 October 2026
Onze juridische teksten zijn beschikbaar in het Grieks en Engels. Dit is de Engelse versie.
These terms apply between AUDIVION L.P. ("JOLE") and every padel shop, importer or equipment brand that works with JOLE as a «Συνεργάτης JOLE» (JOLE Partner) ("partner"): it uploads videos from JOLE accounts and has offers and banners in the app. They do not concern clubs, for which the Terms of Service for clubs apply.
1. Parties and accounts
- JOLE: AUDIVION L.P., 47 Solonos St., Kolonaki, Athens 10672, Greece, VAT EL802838365, GEMI 183697103000. Email: hello@jolepadel.com.
- Partner: the business that agrees with JOLE to appear as a partner, under the business name it declares. It states in writing which people represent it towards JOLE for the partnership.
- Accounts. The partner uploads content from up to three JOLE accounts, which it designates in writing and JOLE links. Only JOLE links or unlinks an account from a partner. The partner is responsible for what is uploaded from these accounts while they are linked.
2. Free, today
In the current version the partnership is provided free of charge: JOLE does not charge the partner, and the partner does not pay for its videos, offers, banners or business name to appear.
3. Possible future charges
If JOLE wishes to charge for the partnership in the future, this will apply only after the partner agrees in advance and in writing to the terms of the charge. No charge concerns any time before that agreement. If the partner does not agree, the partnership may end without cost to either party.
4. Labelling commercial content
Every video or photo uploaded from a partner account is commercial communication and carries, wherever it is shown, the label «Διαφήμιση · [partner's business name]» (Advertisement · [Business name]), together with the indication «Συνεργάτης JOLE» (JOLE Partner). The label is applied automatically at upload and stays on the content after the partnership ends or the account is unlinked. The partner may not hide or alter the label, nor upload commercial content on its behalf from an account that is not linked to it. The label applies even while the partnership is provided free of charge. JOLE does not describe the partnership as a "paid partnership", because it is not one; if there is ever payment for the display, the label will also say who pays. Anyone who taps the label sees «Σχετικά με αυτή τη διαφήμιση» (About this ad): the advertiser, who pays for the display (while the partnership is free, nobody), where the content appears, and that it is not targeted using the viewer's personal data. The partner neither asks for nor receives targeting of its content at specific players.
Partners' videos appear in the «Εξοπλισμός» (Equipment) tab of the feed (newest first, spread across partners), on the account's profile and in «Ακολουθείς» (Following) for people who have chosen to follow it; not in «Για σένα» (For you) or in the Community's «Όλα» (All).
Banners and offers appear in the app's available commercial placements, with a clear «Διαφήμιση» (Advertisement) label and a reference to the partner. They may include an image, a short message and selected products of the partner. Today these placements are: for offers, the app's Home, when JOLE has turned this placement on, the «Προσφορές συνεργατών» (Partner offers) page, the strip of the «Εξοπλισμός» (Equipment) tab and the partner's page, to everyone, newest first; for banners, Home, above «Από τα clubs σου» (From your clubs), with the indication «Συνεργάτες JOLE» (JOLE Partners). An offer may have an image, which appears on Home and on the pages, not in the strip. A banner is an image the partner provides, with a link to its website (section 8); it may have a short message on the image and, below it, a row of up to 8 of the partner's products: each with an image, a name, a second line, optionally the partner's price (and the previous one, when a reduction is announced with the price record of section 5) and a link to the product's page on its website (a product without its own page opens the banner's link). The banner does not appear anywhere else in the app or outside it. Anyone who taps the label of an offer or a banner sees the same details as for videos, with the place of the display.
In the current operation, active banners are chosen by rotation, without targeting based on players' personal data: Home shows one a day, in turn, the same for everyone, in place of the offer of the day, and when there is no banner it shows one offer a day in the same way. JOLE may adapt the graphic layout and the dimensions without altering the approved content. A specific placement, frequency or number of impressions is guaranteed only if specifically agreed.
5. Accuracy of content and approval of offers and banners
- The partner is responsible for the accuracy of what it says in its content and of what it gives JOLE for offers and banners: products, prices, availability, conditions and the terms of the code.
- JOLE drafts the offers based on what the partner provides. For each offer the following are recorded: the partner, the products or categories covered, exclusions and conditions, start and end, the redemption channel, the terms and limits of the code, and the price information needed.
Approval and adaptations of content.
The partner approves the offer or the banner and its commercial details: products, descriptions, prices, discounts, conditions and period of validity. Approval may be given by email or by recorded electronic acceptance from an authorised representative of the partner.
JOLE may, without a new approval, adapt dimensions, resolution, layout and formatting, correct obvious spelling mistakes and change the order of already approved self-contained products, provided it does not alter the meaning, the commercial terms or the overall impression.
A change of product, price, discount or other material commercial element requires a recorded confirmation or a corresponding new instruction from the partner. If the problem concerns only one self-contained product, that product alone may be withdrawn, provided the rest of the display remains accurate and not misleading.
JOLE records each approval with its date, the means (email or electronic acceptance) and the exact version approved, and until it is approved the offer or the banner does not appear. An offer is published only in the form the partner approved, together with its image if it has one. A banner is published only in the form the partner approved: the image, its description, the message, the link, the price claim, the days it is shown and its products (image, name, second line, price, previous price, link). The partner is responsible for the accuracy of what the image, the message and the products say.
Prices and price reductions.
- The product prices are the partner's final prices including VAT, as the partner provides and approves them, and they apply in its shop for the days the offer or the banner is shown: this is why an offer with a price claim or a banner with prices is published only with an end date. If a price changes before the end date, the partner tells JOLE and the display becomes a draft again until the new form is approved.
- A price reduction announcement (a struck-through previous price, a percentage or any other claim of a reduction) is published only with the campaign's price record: one per offer or banner, not a separate file for each product. It includes the products or their codes, the sales channel, the new and the previous price and the period on which the previous price is based. In a banner the new and the previous price are recorded on each of its products; in an offer, the products or their codes and both prices are recorded in the campaign's evidence. The previous price is the partner's lowest price in the same sales channel during at least the 30 days before the reduction (Article 9ι of Law 2251/1994); the last price before the reduction or the recommended retail price is not enough. The partner confirms the details with its approval and provides available price history, an export from the shop or other verifiable evidence; a screenshot showing only today's price does not prove a 30-day history.
- Without a complete price record the display is not lost: the product appears at its current price, without a struck-through price, percentage or any other claim of a reduction, and the overall presentation is a simple product display, not an "offer" implying a discount. JOLE does not calculate percentages or differences and does not show a price the partner has not approved.
End, responsibility and purchase.
- An offer and a banner expire automatically on their end date and are not shown after that.
- Recording and approving an offer or a banner is not a check of its lawfulness by JOLE. JOLE is responsible for what it writes and publishes itself, and the partner for what it declares and for the offer it carries out in its shop.
- Purchase and payment take place in the partner's shop, under its own terms. JOLE does not sell equipment in the app and collects nothing. A code being shown only to signed-in players does not make it a personal discount.
6. Rights in the content
The partner declares that it holds all rights to what it uploads or gives JOLE to show: videos, music, images and banners, logos and trademarks, and the consent of every person who appears or is heard. If a third party claims a right, JOLE may remove the content under section 10.
7. Licence to JOLE
The partner grants JOLE a non-exclusive, free licence, for as long as the partnership lasts, to store the content it uploads, to show it inside the JOLE app in the places of section 4 and to people who save it or find it on the profile, to make the versions and thumbnails needed to show it, and to apply the label of section 4. The same licence covers the banner image, the images of its products and the offer images the partner provides, for the places of section 4, and only in the form it approved (section 5). JOLE does not use the content outside the app, or for its own advertising, without a separate written agreement.
For as long as the partnership lasts, the partner also grants JOLE a non-exclusive, free licence to show its business name, type, logo, description and website on its page inside the app. In the «Συνεργάτες JOLE» (JOLE Partners) section of the jolepadel.com home page, with a link to its website (section 8), the same details appear only after the partner agrees in writing, and stop appearing when it withdraws that agreement. The section shows no offers or figures.
After the partnership ends, the licence to show the content ends and the content is hidden from everyone except the account itself. If the partner gives written permission for it to remain visible after the end, it is shown with the label and the notice «Διαφημιστικό περιεχόμενο — η συνεργασία έχει λήξει» (Advertising content — the partnership has ended); the partner can withdraw that permission whenever it likes.
8. Links to the shop
Each video may have one «Δες το στο κατάστημα» (See it in the shop) link, and each offer, each banner and each product of a banner one link, only to the domain of the website the partner declared. The link of a banner or of one of its products that is no longer on that domain (because the website changed) is not shown. Its page in the app and the «Συνεργάτες JOLE» (JOLE Partners) section of jolepadel.com lead to the same website. JOLE adds only an indication that the visit came from JOLE (utm_source=jole). The partner does not ask for, and JOLE does not add, player details or identifiers to the link. JOLE tells players: "JOLE does not add your account details or account identifier to the link. When you visit the partner's website, processing on that website is governed by its own privacy and cookie notices." The partner keeps its own privacy and cookie notices on its website and is responsible for the processing carried out there.
9. Player data
JOLE does not give the partner player lists, account details or individual referral data. The partner's referral link measures a sign-up only if the player agrees to the measurement; JOLE keeps only aggregate monthly figures from it, and small totals are not shown as a number. The partner's accounts see these aggregate figures on its page inside the app, per month: sign-ups from the link and how many of them played a completed game within 90 days of signing up. When a total is below 3, the number is not shown, only that it is lower. The JOLE team sees the same figures.
Showing offers and banners, copying codes and going to the shop do not require accepting statistical measurement. In the current version the additional measurement of these taps does not operate, and the partner receives no figures for them. If it is added in the future, it will happen only with an optional choice of the player, and JOLE will inform the partner under section 14.
10. Reports and restrictions of content
The content rules of the Terms of Use for players, sections 5 and 10, apply to partners' content: anyone can report, every decision to remove or restrict states its reason and the rule it relies on, and the partner can challenge it by appeal. JOLE takes the measure that is enough for the specific problem: removing a video or an offer before a pause, and a pause before ending, unless the seriousness justifies something stricter.
11. Pause and end
- Temporary pause. JOLE may pause the partner; when the pause is due to content, section 10 applies. During a pause the partner's videos leave the «Εξοπλισμός» (Equipment) tab, its offers and banners are not shown, its page closes and it does not appear in the «Συνεργάτες JOLE» (JOLE Partners) section of jolepadel.com. The videos stay on the account's profile, with the label. The partnership continues when the pause is lifted.
- Permanent end. Either party can end the partnership by written notice. On the end, offers, banners, codes and links to the shop are deactivated, the referral link stops measuring new sign-ups, and the account is no longer shown as an active partner, nor in the «Συνεργάτες JOLE» (JOLE Partners) section of jolepadel.com. The videos keep the «Διαφήμιση» (Advertisement) label and follow section 7.
- Ending the partnership does not delete the JOLE accounts, games or their history. The accounts remain personal JOLE accounts.
12. Relationship with the player terms
The partner's accounts are JOLE accounts and are governed by the Terms of Use for players. These terms add to them for commercial content, offers, banners and links. Where they differ, these terms apply to those matters.
13. Liability
Each party is responsible for its own acts and omissions, to the extent set by law. The partner is responsible towards JOLE for third-party claims arising from content or information it provided itself. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
14. Changes, law and contact
Material changes to the terms are notified to the partner in writing at least thirty days before they apply; if it does not agree, it can end the partnership. After receiving the exact new version, the partner may expressly accept in writing that a specific change apply earlier; the acceptance concerns only that change, not future ones. For a new partner, the version it accepts when the partnership starts applies from the outset. Greek law applies and the courts of Athens have jurisdiction. Contact: hello@jolepadel.com.
