Prices exclude any applicable VAT. In a JOLE game every seat is a player with an account who accepted the participation; the names on a simple booking never become seats. It is fairer for the club: managing a participation costs less than a participation secured by the app or the AI.
When does a participation count?
The charge is recorded at the game’s start time, only when all of these hold then:
- four confirmed participants;
- a court confirmed by the club through the JOLE console;
- no cancellation before the start.
These do not count: a court the player declared on their own, games with fewer than four, and tournaments. A no-show does not automatically cancel the charge; there is a dispute and correction procedure.

Amounts are net, excluding VAT. No hidden JOLE charge to players: the club sets and collects its own court price.

What clubs usually ask.
How do I pay?
You accept the contract and add your card once, through Stripe, with no activation charge. The month’s participations are settled together and collected automatically after the month closes. The invoice is issued by AUDIVION L.P.
Do I approve every charge?
No. You accept the price list once. After that you create games and use the matchmaker without accepting amounts again. Everything charged appears in the "Charges" menu.
What if a payment fails?
We let you know and you have 30 days from the first failure to settle it. After that new matchmaker assignments and automatic court confirmation pause; games you already confirmed stay.
How do I stop?
With no minimum term and no penalty, from the "Charges" menu or by email to hello@jolepadel.com.
Do players pay anything?
No. The app is free for players. They pay for the court at the club.
