FOR CLUBS · CLUB MANAGER AI
Every game, better organised.
The JOLE console for padel clubs. App players ask for a court, you confirm, and JOLE AI helps you fill the fours.
COMMUNITY AND CLUB
Where the community meets your club.
Players are looking for their next game. JOLE connects their group with the court and gives your club tools to organise requests and schedules.
WHAT THE CONSOLE DOES
Your whole club on one screen.
Opens in the browser on a computer, tablet or phone. Nothing to install.
Court schedule
Day or week, per court. Your bookings and JOLE games on one grid, with clashes visible at once.
Requests from the app
When an app four is complete, the court is booked automatically or a request reaches you: confirm, suggest another time or say nothing is free.
Open games
See the fours that are not complete and invite players to finish them.
Games by the club
Open your own games, with level and line-up, and invite your members.
Game suggestions
Ready fours come out of players’ availability. You approve or reject.
JOLE AI in the console
Type “open a friendly tomorrow at 7” or “which courts are free”. It shows you what it will do and does it once you say yes.
Players and level
One member list, with and without the app. The club can endorse a player’s JOLE Level.
Conversations
Players message the desk, and the desk joins the game chat when needed.
Statistics
Weekly court occupancy, active players and games that came through JOLE.
Live booking
Players see each of your courts’ free slots in the app and open a game on them. Your club shows first in its area.
Tournaments
Americano, Mexicano, knockout or league. Approve the pairs, run the draw, enter scores, and the courts are held in your schedule.
Your club page
Photo, logo, contact details and news you write yourself, on your club’s page in the app.
PLAYERS AND LEVEL
Your players in one list, with their level and side.
- Those with the app and those without, together.
- Level, side, games and last visit at a glance.
- Their availability feeds the game suggestions: players at the same level, on the right sides. They are published with your approval, or by automatic JOLE AI if you switch it on.
JOLE AI FOR YOUR CLUB
Empty seats fill without phone calls.
- “Fill the empty seats”: JOLE AI invites players at the game’s level and, if someone declines, invites the next.
- Automatic JOLE AI finds fours on its own, within limits you set: how many a day, which hours, which courts.
- “Successful fours”: you pick the day, the courts and the hours, and JOLE AI checks who has said they can play the whole time and invites them. You never get a list of players.
- When the four is complete, the court is booked into your schedule. Switch it on or off in Automations.
- Your club never sees players’ availability.
